The rooftop deck is great.

My experience was marred by significant noise issues. The capsule, while unique, felt cramped and lacked essential comforts like a table or chair. Unfortunately, I found it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the loud air-conditioning and other guests.

I enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable.

There was variety of nice meals.

Cool vibe and friendly staff, but the pillow was way too thin and the kitchen was busy as. Loved the cleanliness and modern feel though!

There were comfy beds and central heating, an electronic key card and television inside the room. The venue's position was very central. The rooftop bar was lovely with some fine food.

The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was fine! Quite rooms with the private bathroom, had a just perfect experience.

The capsule experience was unique and offered great privacy. I faced some issues with noise from other guests, which disrupted my sleep, and the locking mechanism of the capsule was sometimes unresponsive.

Capsule layout provides a unique sleeping experience, reminiscent of a sci-fi film. The futuristic design has a certain charm.

Facilities need a serious upgrade, the kitchen and bathrooms aren't cleaned properly, leaving them feeling grimy. Noisy doors and malfunctioning locks made for a disrupted night's sleep, while the lack of soap for three days highlighted a neglect for basics. The capsules themselves are more noise amplifiers than isolators, with loud openings and closures disrupting the atmosphere. Communication issues like the unclear operations of the capsules add confusion.

My stay was amazing, especially enjoying the rooftop deck view and cozy pod experience—like sleeping in a space ship! The only downside was the noise from the street outside.

Loved the cozy atmosphere and the rooftop bar for evening drinks. Staff were really helpful and the location is perfect, right by the lively art scene and beautiful gardens.

Just wished the mattress was a bit thicker to enhance comfort.

This was just a strong match for a weekend break in Puerto de la Cruz with good value for price. The rooftop deck is a cool spot for hanging out and sipping drinks. Bring your own earplugs to sleep better through the night.

Cozy capsule with a cool vibe

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were super friendly, and the rooftop bar is awesome for chilling in the evenings. Grabbed some tasty bites at the bar downstairs, the food was surprisingly good! Just wished the wifi was a bit more reliable. But the cozy atmosphere totally made up for it.

The location is spot on right in the center and the staff are super helpful always smiling. The capsule is roomier than expected and the rooftop bar has rad vibes with cheap drinks.

Loved the big lockers and friendly staff. Wi-fi was spotty at times.
